Can I watch videos even when I'm offline?
You must be connected to the internet environment to watch.

How do you provide support?
If you enter (free of charge) in your LINE account, we will occasionally send you information about B7 Studio. There is an individual support button in the rich menu, so we will go from there.
Can I ask for a personal trainer?
Yes, you can.
If you apply to participate in B7 Studio, we will prepare a separate program for 6 weeks for 2,000 yen for dieting and healthy body building with your coach every 6 weeks.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. You are free to withdraw from the membership during the free trial period.
Since the tuition fee is an advance payment system, you can participate until the closing date (A course is 15th, B course is the end of the month).
Will my money be returned if I withdraw from the membership?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept refunds after payment.
